If not, get one

If you do and when you do, Do you have a series of responses written

If Not, set them up now

Make sure that you engage regularly with your subscribers
Set up a series of emails that are set to go out at X intervals to your new subscribers

Set up as many as you want but make sure you set them up, I would say 8 at a minimum.

These are emails that go to your subscribers on a set amount of days after subscription.
As soon as they sign up
The next day
Two days after that and then set your regularity, so that over a two-week period your audience has been contacted by you.
You can also set your series to repeat so that they get them again and you have engaged for a 4 week period.

My preferred method is to engage with a series over a 2 week period and then make sure that a regular Newsletter is sent out, preferably every fortnight, some say this is not often enough, and some have a weekly newsletter, you have to find the balance for you, if your audience is engaging then engage

Provided you can have original content then you can send out a newsletter as often as you want.

There are also some autoresponders that can develop a connectivity with your blogs, so every time you post a blog post your subscribers are notified.
