Short and Sweet #12 - Prolific Innovation

Today is a reminder

Every company, Business or individual that succeeds, does so because they have a prolific amount of ideas and a major amount of failures.

It is through our failures that we move on to the next thing. Without a failure we would not move to the next step.
I was speaking with my Dentist the other day -Yes, I am still having ongoing treatment for just 2 teeth, - and we were talking about how we move on regardless of what hardships we may face

He had a very traumatic childhood that I personally couldn’t even comprehend. He grew up with Fighter Jets and bombers flying overhead and barrages of missiles on a regular basis.

And yet he is still able to take a step outside his door every day and continue his life with a positive attitude.
This shows strength of character and strength of purpose.

So when we face adversity in our Life, Our business we take up the challenge and move forwards. Just like Life, in personal growth we take on board our flaws and move forwards with an attitude to improve.

In business we take on board our failures or our adversities and move forwards. Often these adversities will spur us on to new things and successes are borne.

Lokk at what the demise of Paypal has done for the affiliate Industry - It has spurred the use of Crypto currency and payment systems that accomodate this - ahem - Fire Pay :)

Just a bit of factual information
Some of the biggest franchises in the world have had multiple failures and yet they still continue to innovate and develop.
McDonalds has tried many menu items that have just failed, never to be seen again
Apple have also had many failures never to be seen or heard of again

I was reading a book the other day that spoke of one company that looks at 14000 ideas a day
They only develop one a month and they only have 2 successes a year.

Be prolific in your ideas and your ideas will be prolific, don’t be afraid to take that next step, don’t live in the what if’s and the why didnt’s – just live in the present and enjoy the failures and successes.
