The Forgotten Affiliate Marketer

Do you ever feel like your just losing money and wasting your time trying to make money on line? Well, I can truly relate.

I started trying to make money online back in 2009 through using traffic exchanges and signing up for anything that was free. I had no money to invest and only partially believed that it was possible to make money online. And when I think about it I tried to make money online way back when in the mid to late 80's when surveys were the big thing, I joined sites like "Inbox dollars and survey savvy" and many many others. All to no avail.

So for all these years I was back and forth trying to make heads or tails about this make money online thing. The thing is, that all those big dogs that was just starting then are millionaires now. Just think where I could have been if I could have kept up with them or even had half of the commitment they did to hold on to the dream. Well, I guess it's not that I really didn't hold on to the dream (cause I'm still here), it's just that as a single mother at that time I had to take care of the children and home first and that left nothing for me to invest in a business, and not just money but I didn't even have the time.

Fast forward to the middle of '2013' I started once again to get into making money online. Now I believe that it's possible and even have a little money to put in but, somehow that seemed not to be enough. I followed some of the bigger so called guru's and even one that wasn't so big but was well on his way. However, for me there was still nothing working out. Even after buying most of his products and signing up for everything he did, nothing ever worked for me. He and his partner had lots of trainings for their team, they gave us lots of value and even made sites with full instructions and step-by- step, look-over-the-shoulder videos on how to work the programs like them and make some money. This still wasn't enough for me. I saw other team members investing big dollars and progressing on up the ladder behind them and I couldn't keep up. I once even borrowed my husbands credit card to signup for high paying tools and platforms I needed to become a success. This all was supposed to happen within 45 days. The only thing I managed to make in that time was a few referrals and grew my mailing list by about 150 people. No sales, no signups for recurring commissions, nothing worth all the money I put on that credit card that I'm still paying for today.

Now lets fast forward to today, I earn a passive income that allows me to buy some of the things I want. I'm not able to fulfill all my dreams yet but I'm still working on it. I like not having to get up and go to some office and do what someone else wants me to do and help make them richer. I like being able to not work when I want (and I almost always want to work because it's online where I love to be) and if I need time to do family stuff or just some personal time , I can.

This is just 4 of my precious grandbabies that I was lucky to be able to visit in another state.

Today I have numerous apps on my smartphone that earns me extra money and gift cards to buy things I personally want (no more dipping into the house and bill money). I a few platforms online that I visit regularly to make money, I also have networking sites that rewards me for my activities (Yes, some in cash). I love one that I have been with since 2010 when I was surfing on traffic exchanges called 'Click Track Profit' which recently upgraded the platform and aligned more with todays technology and affiliate market arena.
