Complexity of Steem account passwords hampers the mass adoption of Steem as a social media platform?

Greetings Steemians!

Steem wallet have unique system of passwords that are very complex and very difficult to crack. However, I sometimes feel that the complexity of the passwords related to our steem account also make it difficult to use Steem related dapps on mobiles and web browsers. It is also hampering the mass adoption of Steem as a social media platform. Do you agree?

I don't think it hinders it too much, but it definitely has an effect. I think mass adoption will occur but it would take a ton of advertising on literally every platform. Possibly something like Appics may get it done, but it needs a ton of improvement & a good team behind it. Who knows...maybe 2022-2023 it'll be HUGE & we'll be the OG's....hopefully :)

Complex password are for your own account's safety.
Everyone should use complex passwords, and not easily crackable ones.
I think that mostly the selfishness and the greed of the majority of the users are hampering the mass adoption of Steem.
The general attitude of the majority of the users is to focus on the money earning opportunity, and not on the social side of the platform. And even the slightest short term price movement can affect most of the users. These are not so attractive, are they?
