This league is not based around financial rewards and relates to engagement.

Everyone currently on my master list has a chance here - including those powering down or dealing in delegations over the past couple of weeks.

I've used some metrics relating to:

  • Posts (P)
  • Comments - number of (C)
  • Number of people spoken to (PS)
  • Comments - replies to replies - depth > 2 (C R)
  • Comments - length in characters (C L)
  • Witness votes (W) (for those proxying witness votes, your total is always 30)
  • Up-votes to others (V)
  • Up-votes to different authors (U V)
  • Self-votes - No minus score but no bonus STEEM (S V)

Yeah, I think I stayed on the list cause I bothered to dialogue with someone who thinks harassing women in the workplace is ok.

Well, that's not exactly how he worded it, but he pretty much had no empathy even when I shared personal stories of stuff that I put up with as a youngin in the Real Estate industry.

I stopped myself of course, it was starting to feel like a facebook comment section and I quit that.

And. LOL. TMI. Maybe I should delete and not comment? Nah, I already took the time to type.

Looks like a a little less posting, hope that picks up again soon. Did not seem to prevent me from finding things to like, I went over 125 unique votes this week, I hope I can keep that up, it means I am finding more things of interest to me.

I have been slipping still on the comments, I really need to get back to that more often, but have been involved to much in games, I am sure I will get back to more commenting soon. I would like to rec-crack the top 20 and the only way to really do that is to comment. So all my numbers were down this week except my votes, and I am glad I found so much to like,.

I also made the second list. That was nice to see, a factor no doubt of being able to find things I like to vote on, and getting lucky with a few votes early on content from some of the league group.

Well winter is really here for us now, we had our first snow, I hope its not to hot for those of you in the southern half, as your summer gets in full swing, and if it is anything like the northern half's winter, I am sure there are going to be a few little anomalies along the way. So enjoy the sun and fun, while we bundle and cuddle in the cold.

You're welcome. Continue doing what you're doing. It seems you're doing well. I still didn't have time to learn more about this league. I know that @paulag took a big part in it, I know that they also kind of participate those who are not having big steem power. It's all I know for now.

Well, it looks like I'm helping to anchor the bottom of the top 100 again. :)

Man, my voting is abysmal.

This whole not having time thing is for the birds. It's not like I didn't know it, though. I was just used to the norm of either running the show, or essentially being unemployed.

Trading time for money—perhaps its needful in the short term, but I'm not at all convinced what it will do for the long term.

Anyway. How's it going? Settled in yet? Bought the new toothbrush, etc.?

This is the busy week for me. We'll see if I manage to make it to 40 hours, though, since the last two weeks I've not quite gotten there. I mean, if I'm trading time for money, I might as well get to what constitutes full-time around here.

Okay, going to try to go be productive before I have to go to work. Oh, and make sure the laundry at least gets started. And make my lunch.

Onward and upward!

Trading time for money is what I felt I was doing at the previous job, I hope this one is a little more forfilling. The flat is mostly equipped, just need a few more plates and cups but that can wait until visitors plan to come.

I hope you got everything fixed in good time, and Monday is better than you thought :)

I like to comment others and i am a little bit sad about the last HF which makes comments not worthy a lot. Comments are important for a community! So i will join your engagement, but i don't see how i can sign in ;-)
