I Forgot This Existed - My Failed Hobby

So I finally re-discovered an old passion of mine. In my early twenties I wanted to be a travel blogger. Main word - blogger. I was going into an old medium that was quickly moving into video. I called my profile "Explore Without Fear" to go to places I normally wouldn't without being scared. It was great for awhile until I realized, travelling to foreign countries from Australia is DAMN EXPENSIVE.

The greatest thing about solo travel was all the mistakes I made. I lost my camera with a lot of footage because I was talking to my girlfriend at the time on the phone and left the camera on a bench. I got high multiple times in multiple locations around the world and legitimately got lost. Even staying in big dorms and what I actually needed was privacy.

But I look back at it and smile because I took a damn risk. And life is just more riveting when you take risks, ya know?
