In my opinion Physical Fitness became vital for Human Beings more than ever because of Desk Work, which makes physical activities very less and gradually reflections of body reduces which is not a good sign. So it's important to bring that flow back.

People knows how important Physical Fitness is, but yet they don't know because they don't focus and give time towards their Fitness session. Current Work Flow making our Brain 🧠 super active but making our body slow.

Nutrition, Physical Exercise and Rest plays ground level or foundational role for sure. In this Product Oriented World everyone is trying to brush up their skills but they are not giving attention to their body and they lack analysis of their Body Performance.

This is Automated Era and people have all those Services and Products which saves their time and effrots but as we know, every aspect have it's own negative points, here everyone is trying to use those Services and Products which reducing their activities but it's not helping them in long run because lack of activities making our body slow and there are chances of illness too.

In past people were engaged in Physical Activities and Work more and i think that their health conditions were lot more better than current generations and it's really unfortunate and it shows that no matter how much developed we are, we are not in good state yet.

Physical Fitness is vital for tackling various situations in life. With age our reflections and endurance levels lessens, if we follow the effective Fitness Routine then in long run it will going to help us and will going to boost our Strength.

And i believe that, if our Physical Health is effective it will going to help our Emotional State and we can handle our Emotional State more effectively. With change in times, Fitness Routines also changes but fitness always plays Foundational Role for sure.

Everyone pursue diversified activities, personally i do Running, Mountain Running, Football and Cricket. And when i fail to perform any activity then it feels like essence of Incompleteness. So, it's important to have some kind of Physical Activity to stay active for long.
