Ahead or Behind
Today's Prompt: natural remedies

He was always an advocate of homeopathic medicine but the Chinese had taken it to a new level. He had just watched doctors perform major surgery with no anesthetic. They used acupuncture instead of anesthetic. UNBELIEVABLE!
When they finished the patient got up and walkeed, with help, back to his room. He thought he came to this college in China just to learn more about natural remedies. Instead he was learning about all kinds for procedures and remedies that he had never even heard of.
In his mind, the question was are they ahead or behind the western world? That was a question he could...
