Global investment in mental health technology surges above half a billion pounds (mobi health news)

According to a study by Octopus Ventures, investment into mental health technology has boomed, showing an almost 5x increase in the last six years to £580m in 2019.

The total deal count itself has more than tripled from 30 deals in 2014 to 105 in 2019.

However, mental health is still nascent compared to the overall digital health market and makes up 15% of the total £13.5bn raised by digital health companies.
