Day 1074 | Fasting & 60-Minute Walk


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life....

It was a good start of the month doing a semi-fasting day drinking a lot of water while eating some soup, fruit and nuts. I also went on a 60-Minute walk in the early evening and picked up the bench press I bought last week putting it together late in the evening. The bar to put the weights on that I bought was a bit too small though, so I will have to go change that sometimes in the coming weeks.
