Day 1151 | Morning Run & Drinking lots of Water


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

With Euro 2020 going on, I no longer can do my beloved long walks in the evening so I will go on regular morning runs building those up. I also started putting more focus on drinking plenty of water again which gave good benefits while I was doing it a while back. 3 Liter a day will be the objective from here on out and I do intend to limit my food intake again making it all healthy to get back on track for my weight loss goals.
