Day 1154 | Morning Run & Heat


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I'm getting back in a groove doing morning runs and I actually enjoy them right now as I keep the effort comfortable slowly building things up. It was however another day where the heat got to me and I ate too much and not all that healthy. These swings keep happening over and over again and I'll need to find a way to get way more consistent keeping a choiceless awareness. I do succeed in drinking a lot of water though.
