Unfortunately African teams just don't have the class required running through an entire team. Each side has one or two stars playing for bigger clubs in Europe and that is the only class they have. I remember listening to a European coach on why Africa always failed in competitions and he said they train like everyone else but on the day don't listen to team instructions and play for themselves.


Sadly, this is true! The class is always lacking in most African teams but the Super Eagles (Nigeria) are beginning to step up of late. About listening to team instructions, I think they do maybe only few play for themselves.
