IPL Cricket 2020 - latest update - end of league matches
The last two league matches decided the faith of 5 teams.
The first match on monday between Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore.Delhi Capitals won handsomely and secured the second spot in the table.
Royal Challengers Bangalore got the fourth spot in the table, based on tuesday's match result and their net runrate
Kolkata Knight Riders still had hopes on monday, to qualify.
But, the last match between Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad sealed their fate.
Sunrisers Hyderabad won the match with a 10 wicket win and secured the third place

Now that the league matches are over, the qualifiers and the eliminator will be played to deicde the finalists.

The first match will be on 5th Nov, thursday between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals (1 & 2 spots on the table)
The team that wins this match goes straight to the finals
The losers will get another chance to play and qualify for the finals
The second match will be the eliminator on 6th Nov, friday between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Sunrisers Hydrerabad
This is a knockout match, the winner plays the loser of the first qualifier match to get into the finals.
I am looking forward to both the matches (played on thursday and friday)
All teams have a chance to win the cup.
The team who performs well on that day will be the champions.

Mumbai's trying out bench strength was a boon in disguise for SRH although no one can take out their brilliant 10 wicket win :)
Happy that RCB made it to the playoffs and hopefully, they will somehow stop SRH in Eliminator match :)
