Luke is Alive - February 15
On a day like today Galileo Galilei was born.
Galileo Galilei (February 15, 1564), was an Italian astronomer, engineer, philosopher, mathematician and physicist, closely related to the Scientific Revolution. An eminent man of the Renaissance, he showed interest in almost all the sciences and arts (music, literature, painting). His achievements include the improvement of the telescope, a wide variety of astronomical observations, the first law of motion, and decisive support for the "Copernicus Revolution." He has been regarded as the "father of modern astronomy", the "father of modern physics" and the "father of science."

Glad you are on the hunt for Luke. Thanks for the Brainy Quote. I am glad for the reminder that Galileo was instrumental in improving the telescope. My late husband enjoyed looking at the stars.
