Hola, queridos amigos.

Hello, dear friends.

Today the #bloggingchallenge put me a little on the spot because I don't feel that I have healthy habits as such, especially since the beginning of the quarantine and I left my previous job to devote myself fully to creating content on the Internet; what I did have was some and others that I don't know if they are 100% good for the body but they are good for the soul and I will talk about them here today.

Leer | Read

I put this as number one because it is always important to read, but even more so, to read literature and history.

Literature nourishes our soul, feeds our brain, activates our creativity, takes us to worlds we never thought we would know, takes us on a journey to places in our mind we didn't know were there.

The importance of reading history is because in this way we will not be condemned to repeat it, which is why we are taught history from an early age at home and at school. The importance of knowing what happened is not to live it over again, to learn from other people's experiences so as not to fall back into complicated situations from the past that have been abolished today.

My advice is to always doubt everything, always be curious about everything. Read a lot, read books, read opinions on the Internet, always look for the other side, don't stay with just one truth or one theory.

Beber agua | Drink water

I think this is a fact that most people know, or at least most people I know know: 60% of the human body is made up of water. Another fact that everyone knows or should know: Almost 70% of planet Earth is made up of water.

Reading these two interesting facts, do you still doubt why it is beneficial to drink at least two litres of water a day? If you don't believe me, investigate, but it really is. Drinking enough water helps keep your digestive system working properly, keeps you hydrated, prevents some dry skin problems and many other benefits.

The amount of two litres, which is equivalent to eight glasses of water on average, is because we eat foods that contain water and we should also take them into account, ie if you drink a broth or soup one day, it is likely that the same day your body rejects that you drink 2 litres of water because you already supplied this through a meal that had high amount of liquid.

For people who, like me, work at night it is very important to drink water because it helps with anxiety, not to a great extent but yes, and it also prevents you from falling asleep at work because the liquid keeps the body working.

Caminar | Walk

Although I have become quite sedentary due to my new job and the quarantine, I am a person who loves to walk, especially in the evening when the sun goes down and lights up all the streets with that beautiful orange colour and then the blue of the night finishes them off.

In my previous job I walked a lot, that allowed me to know many places of my city, of cities where I traveled. Walking is an activity that relaxes a lot and I recommend it to everyone because you can do it anywhere in the world, you just have to leave home.

For those people who live on their creativity, walking helps a lot to oxygenate the brain and as it is an exercise, it also releases endorphins that allow you to be in a better mood.

I could not agree more with drinking water. That's really work.
On the blogging challenge, I did write this content too :)

I didn't believe in the water until I tried it myself, now I am a faithful believer in those processes.
