RE: Procrastination Until the Final Limits

In the end it's a question of habits. We need time to get positive habits but we need much less time to aquire negative habits because our inner laziness loves this :-). When we skip our tasks a couple of days in a row there is the risk that we won't go back to them. I think that everybody deserves some time out and maybe it's also good to start on a new basis. Maybe we set new goals that are easy to achieve. Today I want to engage with 5 posts (compared to what you were doing before, a piece of cake ;-)). Then if you feel so, you can increase. But don't worry you are not alone in this situation LOL

Oh, I know that I'm not alone in this situation... And thanks for comforting me with your comment... It didn't help at all :)

Just kidding... I know about the break that we deserve, but it's a trap... As your words are so true about habits... those negatives stick much easier...

Anyway... I'm getting back slowly, but probably in a different way than earlier... Always seeking new challenges and inspiration...

It's also good to reinvent onselve from time to time. Question what we are doing and see whether we could do things different and better. This is also a way to stay motivated.
