I'm a tea drinker!
I drink as a "substitute" to my dinner since I do intermittent fasting!
So I drink it as simple possible, no sugar.

WOW I'm not sure I could replace a meal with just a cup of tea. I'd happily have a cuppa to wash my meal down though! lol
