Speaking of list clickthrough rates, I'm surprised at how well the Sendsteed Wordpress blog broadcasts are doing in generating clicks. Each time I publish a blog post I click the "little running man icon" to have the autoresponder crawl the blog and trigger a broadcast. I don't modify the text of the broadcast at all, so there's no CTA in the email that gets sent out, but still people click through.
Even my latest #just1thing blog post where I start by talking about teaching got 36 opens and 3 clicks (lower than usual, but I was surprised anybody clicked through!)...

Your #just1thing is a great idea. I thought about incorporating it somehow in my plans for 3steps.today.
"Just one thing" is for slackers who find three steps two steps too many!
I love this one. Ahahahaha. Maybe I can just pick one of the daily 3 steps, and put a blurb under it like: "If you're using the #just1thing hashtag, this step is a great one. See @hirohurl and his efforts.)" That would be a good way to send folks toward your hashtag and content maybe?
