Making My Goals #MyHiveGoals
Day 1 of #MyHiveGoals for me (my introduction post).
As many of you know, I am currently testing/experimenting with the Start Earning Today program and learning more about online marketing in the process.
For this project, I have goals that I want to achieve by 31 July, but I also have some goals that go beyond that as you will see below.
My goals for Start Earning Today:
Description:
- Claim bitcoin every day in the FreeBitcoin program. I am already 27 days closer to the target of 70 days. The 70 days are weekdays where I aim to claim at least 10 times per day. Over weekends I claim more randomly.
- I am on 38 days out of 97, using my Brave Browser for earning BAT (31 July is the due date).
- I am on day 38 out of 97 for using Presearch for all my searches.
- Engage daily with activity on Hive in the form of content creation, curating, upvoting, and sharing. Currently on day 37 out of 96. I believe this will help me to develop a skill for creating posts and it will also help me to build relationships in the long term.
I still need to figure out how BAT will work with BAT tokens going to Uphold on a monthly basis, but I'm sure I'll get clarity on that by the end of this week.
What I do want, is to get to 250 PRE by the end of this year. I am a little bit behind on this one, so I have some catching up to do here.
I also have some other projects going. I want to learn more about trading the markets and become consistently profitable, so I have enrolled in a 3-month online trading course.
I would like to complete the "foundation part of this course in the month of June.
As you can see, I have already completed my first three tasks towards this goal (2 lessons and 1 assignment). I am 23% closer to completing the foundation part of the course.
So, I'm on my way. I believe in goals and I think #MyHiveGoals is an excellent way to keep oneself accountable and therefore also motivated.
Thank you for this challenge, Rob. I'm with you on this one.
Awesome!!!!!
Keep going man, this is such a great case study to see how you progress over the next few months. So cool to see it happen!
Thanks so much! I'm excited to see where this is going. I really do hope this will turn out to be a great case study and a huge success. I am sure it will! Thanks for all the support!
Didn't really understand the pie chart at the start. You have some awesome goals and you actually broke them down to short goals by having the end of month checkpoints. Great job.
The pie chart at the start is just an image from my HIVE toolbox (analytics) showing outgoing votes. My idea was just to make it part of showing activity on the HIVE block, seeing that this is all about setting goals and being active.
I hope that makes sense. Apologies if it is a bit confusing...?
But thanks for your awesome comment and your nice words. I do appreciate it.

Thank you for those words of encouragement. I just love graphs, charts, and spreadsheets. In my mind it just creates a picture that enables me to see whether I am making progress or not...
I appreciate your support so much! Thank you once again! Although I am still a "small fish", I will also support you in whichever way I can!
