Great Chatter again Russell. Today's 3 things is a sore one... but a good one lol.

  1. Cigarettes
  2. Over indulging in Coffee
  3. Excess body fat, something I encourage others to lose also. It's not as if I'm terribly overweight but I know how good it can feel to be lighter and less weighed down by your own body.

I have actually been working on those 3, cutting down on the cigarettes and coffee and making concious decisions about food, nutrition and exercise.

Thank you for doing what you do and making this community what it is. 😀
