When hackers hack any account, they go for the liquid first. Then they start power down. Since it's locked for a certain period, they do not get it instantly. And there is a high chance you can take control of your account and stop the power down.

Yes, if you want to withdraw or wait for investing in some projects, you can have liquid, otherwise, it is better to keep it power up. Awesome video, @russellstockley!
