I think it's an excellent starting point I'll give you my experience I don't have big money and honestly I don't like banks very much. Banks always have very high fees with papers and more papers to fill for such simple things, plus many restrictions. Here something natural freer more liberated. It can be done by everyone, whether rich or poor, I have a lot or little money. What matters is starting and even here with little simplicity is easy in today's life. So it's a huge reason to adopt this free style of money market and untie the banks.

Barrier to entry compared to the red tape needed to have accounts with banks. Agreed, less restrictions is a major selling point.
Yea the fees are always an issue and why I like programs with less fees. In the past I didn't exactly want to trade the stock market due to the fees but it has drastically dropped. They do sell your order flow though for the reduced fees though.
