#3StepsNoExcuses Plan - Day 27 - Blockchain it up! (and be consistent about it!)

in The CTP Swarm28 days ago

Welcome to Day 27 of your #3StepsNoExcuses journey with me, Rob Willmann.

Now that you're familiar with the format here (3 simple steps to complete each day) let's get started!

Today's Three Steps:

  1. Watch two short videos on CTPTalk.com: "Why CTPTalk?" and "Signing In"
  2. Don't Stop. You've Started using List Nerds. Now Keep Doing it.
  3. Watch Plus1Success Day 27 "Thank Someone" training video, then thank someone.

Let's go through each of these steps and grow together as marketers.

1. Watch two short videos on CTPTalk.com: "Why CTPTalk?" and "Signing In"

After you're in CTP, click Training > Lessons, look for the two videos in the screenshot.

Cryptocurrency is going to change everything about affiliate marketing. - Jon O.

I have a long list of reasons why I like the blockchain. I was talking to my wife about this tonight. Here's my short list of reasons why the blockchain and CTP belong together:

  • Transparency - You can see every user's wallet. This cuts down on BS and people inflating their worth.
  • Flexibility - I can blog using hive.blog, leofinance.io, ctptalk.com, peakd.com, etc. They're all different interfaces to the same blockchain.
  • Earnings - It's a no brainer to choose the Hive blockchain for blogposts. The earnings in crypto for creating content adds up over time. I receive HP, LP, CTP, and I've begun staking 100% of it to just grow the account power. This works.
  • Quality is rewarded - I like the fact that I can write a post, and if it's decent, the rewards are increased simply by the interactions my post receives by community members.

As a marketer I like the fact that I can write, earn crypto for it, and if I wanted to, take those funds to buy additional advertising. That's powerful. Right now I am choosing 100% account growth for both my accounts, and staking everything.

Store Your Password Somewhere Safe!

As a reminder, there's no 'Forgot Password' function on the blockchain. If you lose your account keys, account name, account password, etc. you created when the account was made, there's no retrieval.

Therefore, it's recommended that you print out your keys and store it somewhere secure.

The rest of the video is about logging in to Hive Blockchain. I personally use and trust the Hive Keychain app that comes as a standalone android app for phone usage, and also as a Brave\Chrome extension. That way I only need to remember the password I use to access the Hive Keychain app, and can copy\use my keys from there.

As a word of warning, treat these keys like they are the keys to your home's front door. You're not going to give that key to a stranger, and neither should you use your key anywhere if you are unsure. Don't copy\paste your keys into forums and don't take and share screenshots of them either.

Once you've watched the CTP Video, it's on to the next task.

2. Don't Stop. You've Started using List Nerds. Now Keep Doing it.

Jon makes this statement in the pdf:

"Don't even just send one email and then stop....It might be time to look into that Business Upgrade inside of ListNerds ;)"

He's right. I did. One of the best decisions I've made.

For me I enjoy ListNerds because of the ease-of-use of their interface, and the fact that I can mail daily now to the entire membership. Upgrading is not required to complete the #3StepsNoExcuses challenge or journey, but it helps. :)

I regularly use List Nerds, and I am getting better at writing subject lines and pulling people toward my e-course. I enjoy the tracking aspect of it all.

The point here is consistency wins. Regularly being 'top of mind' will help you over time to pull some of the cautious folks in to your list. Just lead with value. That always wins.

Once you've worked on your latest email for List Nerds, it's time for the final step:

3. Watch Plus1Success Day 27 "Thank Someone" training video, then thank someone.

Once you're logged in, find and watch the Day 27 video "Thank Someone".

I have a lot to be thankful for. I had a traumatic fall around a year ago, and it's taken me a while to recover from injuring my brain. However I am here, have my health, and my family. I am very grateful for that.

As far as who I am thankful for the most right now, it's my wife Tammaney. She listens to me blather on about all the marketing stuff. And when the time is right, she offers sage advice.

I am also quite thankful for the entire CTP Clan, the owners of the site, and my friends on Telegram. CTP is truly a community of fine folks that I am privileged to count among my friends. Quite sure this has been the best part of this journey - the relationships and friendships made.

With that, have a wonderful day. Go start promoting your online business with the new tools you now have in-hand.

That's it! Cya tomorrow. Please reach out to me if you have questions.

P.S. One last item:

I have created a 30 day free email course on this very same # 3StepsNoExcuses journey, and I'd love to have you valid feedback on my e-course. I'd really like to hear what you think about the content. You can sign up by clicking this link and then confirming your email address. The course lines up with the daily steps, and I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Also, I've created an account on Hive blockchain called @ThreeSteps. I upvote content related to # 3StepsNoExcuses. This is a community tool to increase earnings of people involved in the # 3StepsNoExcuses challenge. I upvote quality content, and stake 100% of the Hive Power, #Leo and CTP this account earns. That way votes from this account increase as fast as possible.

Love that meme and of course your writing as usual! I have been focused on the CTP and Plus 1 Steps through most of this challenge. My email writing really needs attention.
