I completely relate to what you're saying, Russ! Personalizing our brands really makes a huge difference with building relationships with our customers/clients. It shows we are REAL & we don't think of others as a number or statistic. I love showing my personal side in my videos & interactions. I know when I see someone genuinely doing this, I am more likely to engage with them or at least listen to what they have to say.

I saw that you are doing those 5 min writes, and that is a great idea and a good starting point for exploring creativity... But, also can be helpful for the people that are struggling with the ideas for topics in their blogs... In this way, they got topic on the plate, and the "only" thing is to write something :)

I agree, but not just struggling with ideas, doing something creative as a start to the day will enable a part of the brain that starts a thought process from a whole different point of view.
Much like if you do your walk or exercise first thing, it sets the tone for the day
