Hi Folks

Welcome to Russell's Chatter where I will ramble of things that have happened, stories, tales, and journey's that I have taken on many paths.

Some will be my own travels and some will be about Online business.

I will promote various programs that I am a part of and in this respect they will be programs that are part of my Programs That Work Network

I hope that you will enjoy this journey with me

Jon Olsen's three things. I am really familiar with them. When I worked for him the company and each individual had a 3 thing list on a Whiteboard that you could show in the company video conference. It kept everybody motivated. I still use it.

Carrots. Should never be cooked unless there is adequate butter and brown sugar.
Apples. Pies, of course, exempted from this.
Broccoli. Actually a favored snack for me. With or without a dip.

I always like Janet Legere a lot. I'm glad to hear that she's still pitching. One thing I know, you can trust her program and her. It's important.

Thanks Russell.

I eat quite a bit of sushi and sashimi - various cuts of raw fish: tuna, salmon, and things like octopus and squid.

Quite a bit of raw horse sashimi (bazashi as it's called) has also gone down the hatch.
