WTG on winning the honey pot Bob

hmmm child hood memory, I moved many times as a child but the most memorable place was Guam, playing in the jungle and swimming on the reefs.

I remember when I was 10 years old my father bought a pentium 120 pc. I asked if I could install a 12 mb game, because at the time that was huge. He said yes and I was able to play this awesome game.

Once I grown up they are replaced by Motor bikes.
Maybe I should get one for me now.

Congrats @rcaine!
Most of my childhood was passed on the beach. My dad is from a fisherman village and he worked as a nurse on the local health center while me and my mom went to the beach, 5mins far.
During his lunchtime, he would come to join us and play with me!
Don't have many photos on this PC but here's one:

Good luck for tomorrow!

I had a great childhood. Nothing specific, just long days running through the fields or the woods with my cousins or neighbors.

Congrats to Bob for the win, and a childhood memory to share would be that we had a ski track run past out house in the winters and I was skiing there every day with my grandfather, that was very nice.

Thank you. Was that cross country skiing or did you live on a mountain?

Thanks Bob, that was cross country, but there is a lot of hills and mounds in that part of Sweden, nothing is flat, even the fields are mostly going up and down lol, so you have to go up and then race down.

Childhood memory on a swing that hangs from a tree. It was fun and the yard and fresh air were probably the best part

Congratulations @rcaine! When we were kids every year on the 4th of July we would go to visit some friends of the family at their house. They had a built in pool in their backyard with a slide and a diving board. We were in that pool all day and only took time to get something to eat. We didn't want to wait an hour after eating to go back in the water. That was like the longest hour ever. On our way home at night we would see fireworks from the different towns we passed through along the way.

It is the day of the short user names, well 2 out of 3. It has been a long dry spell for me. I can't remember the last time I won let alone my childhood.

Way to go on your win, @rcaine!

I remember building 'marble machines' out of lego bricks with my cousin Timothy. We'd also take the huge TV cardboard boxes and turn them into 'houses' with battery operated lights and doorbell! lol

Enjoy your Sunday everyone! :)
