Today's Highlighted Post is by @chireerocks
Stop Think and Breath
Today @chireerocks talks about being able to self reflect and relax ones thoughts if we want to move forwards into a new chapter
I have chosen this post because we are seeing much talk about setting goals for ourselves and getting caught up in the bustle of trying to reach the expectations we place on ourselves and how this can sometimes be quite stressful to do. The concept of stepping back, taking a breath and reflecting as a way of clearing the clutter is a very important one and one that we should practice often. By stepping back we can often get a clearer picture if what is before us and enable us a clearer path to complete the journey
Thanks for sharing your post with us @chireerocks

Wow thank you Russell! :) That's great.
Stop, think and breathe. What a fantastic title and even better concept. I need to get better at doing that.
Great stuff!
WTG on winning today Janelle
@chireerocks Is on point in that you should clear your mind and take a few breaths before moving on to something new.
