Hello...
In this post, i will talk about something special related to me.
This is not related to what happened to me recently.
But since this is something that i dearly love to have since i was young, i wanna share this to you all whom might interested to read my post.

I think from the look of it, people might already know what it is.
It is a local traditional snacks.
For people like me, we surely familiar with this look.
This is Bakso Kojek.
Bakso itself means meatball.
Oh fira, but you dont eat meat balls because you dont eat beef right?
Of course guys, i still doesnt eat beef but this is chicken meatball, and actually since this is the local traditional one, its crazily cheap.
So, cheap food like this and there’s no way the seller use the expensive meat like beef.
Not only beef, even for chicken, they must used ratio 5:1 to the flour and the chicken meat itself.
Its pretty much taste like flour.

Bakso Kojek that i will be talking about this time is bakso kojek bang eko.
This is located not far from my house, near a big supermarket near my house.
Only 2 minutes to reach there by motorbike.
Actually, this is my first time trying this bakso kojek bang eko (if i remembered correctly, guys).
But this guy has so many customers.
Its quite famous where i lived.
I didnt know about that though, its my lil bro who told me about that.
When i came back home and brought the food to my siblings, my brother asked where did i buy it.
So i told them the place and my brother said that this place is actually famous and he sell outs his food easily.
Since my siblings enjoyed them, i told my brother to just more from Bakso Kojek bang eko, but when he came there, its already sold out just like I expected.

Anyway, now that im thinking and talking about this food again, i am craving it again.
Cant wait that i can try the snacks again tomorrow.

So next, its time for me to share what i bought from Bakso Kojek Bang Eko:

First, the packaging.
As usual, its using a clear plastic bag.
Its looks quite big right?
I only bought 5.000 idr worth of the food but the food that i get is so much.
But maybe, the reason why it is like that is because the size of what i ordered is big compared to others.

When i opened the packaging, i can smell the peanut sauce immediately and its just smells so good.
I love peanut sauce combined with anything and this one included.
So, there’re few choices in there, three to be more exact.
That is the meatball, the tofu, and the pangsit (wonton).
Since i dont feel comfortable with just the meatball even though i know its chicken meatball, i ordered my favorite which is tofu and for the variety, i ordered the pangsit too.
I love both pangsit and tofu.
So how is the pangsit and tofu that bang eko sells?
Lets check it out later.
For the sauce, i asked to make them spicy so he put a lot of rawit chili sauce and it taste so good.

This is the tofu.
As usual, i always ordered tofu when i bought Bakso Kojek like this.
And i like it that he actually put a big tofu in there.
Usually the tofu that they sell in bakso kojek is so small.
But honestly, if i can, i will asked them to cut it smaller so its easier to eat.
Because this kind of snacks is supposedly easy to eat on the go.
Anyway, the taste is good and we’re in pandemic so there will be no chance that i will eat them other than in the comfort of my house.

This is the pangsit (wonton).

Dont you just love it to put pangsit in a sauce and then wait till their crunchy skin to be soft?
I do love it so much.
Though the pangsit that they sell is 90% skin and 10% filling.
Usually, cheap pangsit is like that.
But i do love them more than the full of filling one.
The most important thing about pangsit for me is the crunchy skin and then soaked them in a soup till its became so soft.
