Incredible exquisite taste using fresh aromatic herbs //Exquisito sabor increíble utilizando hierbas frescas aromáticas

There is an infinite variety of soups all over the world and they always impress us with their exquisite and incredible flavour, I learned to cook with fresh herbs while taking care of my mother and one of the soups I learned to make was one with chicken breast, celery and coriander; it is very tasty and healthy, this time I made it with beef ribs instead of chicken breast and it turned out great; this recipe has no chillies, no garlic, no onion, no pepper, it seems incredible that it has a great flavour and aroma without these ingredients that we usually add to the soup that we commonly make at home, the secret is to place the stems of the herbs at the beginning of the cooking and add the leaves at the end

Existen variedad infinitas de sopas en todo el mundo y siempre nos impresionan por su exquisito sabor increíble, aprendí a cocinar con hierbas frescas mientras cuidaba de mi madre y una de las sopas que aprendí hacer fue una con pechuga de pollo, celery y cilantro; es muy sabrosa y saludable, en esta ocasión la hice de costillas de res en vez de pechuga de pollo y quedó estupenda; esta receta no lleva ajíes , ni ajos, ni cebolla, ni pimienta, parece increíble que tenga un gran sabor y aroma sin estos ingredientes que solemos añadirle a la sopa que hacemos comúnmente en casa, el secreto está en colocarle los tallos de las hierbas al comienzo de la cocción y añadirle las hojas al final

Procedure // Procedimiento

We boil the ribs in salted water to which we add finely chopped coriander and celery stalks (use enough herb stalks to give a lot of flavour), we must wait long enough for the ribs to cook and be soft

Ponemos a hervir las costillas en agua con sal a la que añadiremos tallos de cilantro y celery finamente picados ( utilizar suficiente tallo de hierbas para dar mucho sabor), debemos esperar suficiente tiempo que se cocinen y estén blandas las costillas

When the meat has softened we can add the vegetables and continue cooking until the vegetables are soft, before turning off the cooker we correct the salt and add the finely chopped celery leaves and coriander, serve hot and we just have to enjoy this delicious comforting soup

Cuando la carne haya ablandado podemos colocar las verduras y seguimos cocinando hasta que estén blandas las verduras, antes de apagar la cocina corregimos el punto de sal y añadimos las hojas de celery y cilantro finamente picados, servimos caliente y solo nos queda disfrutar de esta deliciosa sopa reconfortante
