Como primer elemento tenemos un arroz blanco con mini-fideos. Este arroz quedó a la altura. Los fideos le dan un detalle extra además de alimenticio a nuestro paladar.

As a first element we have a white rice with mini-noodles This rice was up to par. The noodles give an extra detail in addition to nourishment to our palate.

La cosa se va poniendo buena con este exquisito Coliflor al graten. Está delicia lleva como ingredientes queso parmesano, y salsa bechamel. Increíble sabor!

Things are getting good with this exquisite Cauliflower au gratin. This delicacy is made with parmesan cheese and bechamel sauce. Incredible flavor!

Continuamos deleitando los sentidos bucales con este asado negro hecho con muchacho redondo, vino, cebolla, ajo, y azúcar. Una total delicia!

We continue to delight our oral senses with this black roast made with eye of round boy, wine, onion, garlic, and sugar. A total delight!

Para el postre, vamos a deleitarnos con este cremoso helado de chocolate de la famosa marca Tío Rico. Increíblemente. Un lujazo en tiempos de crisis.

Como segundo postre tenemos una deliciosa torta de vainilla y chocolate. Horneada hasta su punto más cósmico. Observen lo viva y levantada que se ve la masa.

As second dessert we have a delicious vanilla and chocolate cake. Baked to its most cosmic point. Notice how lively and lifted the dough looks.

Si la tercera es la vencida, entonces esta como dicen en el boxeo, sería un nocaut fulminante porque tenemos un tercer postre. Un exquisito tiramisú de chocolate y leche condensada, acompañado de galletas Marías. Sin palabras!

If third's time is the charm, then this one, as they say in boxing, would be a knockout because we have a third dessert. An exquisite chocolate and condensed milk tiramisu accompanied by Marias cookies. Without words!
