First some ladies fingers should be washed in water and cut into small pieces. At the same time, chop the onion and coriander leaves.

Then place a pan on the stove and heat some oil in it. Then when the oil is hot, fry the onions well in it. Mix turmeric powder and chilli powder and salt in equal quantity.

Then pour the ladies fingers. Keep heating like this for a while and keep stirring well with a stirring after some time. After some time you will see that it has become fried.

Green vegetables are part of daily meal of most of Asian countries. They are great source of different nutritions as you already mentioned.
Lady finger is also know as okra in some parts of the world. Best thing is that you can make a lot of different dishes using it. So it can be made to match the taste of individuals.

Okra or ladies' fingers are so delicious, and we also have them here year round in Suriname, but the local people let the fruits get too big before picking, and the seeds become very hard, not so pleasant. Baby okra are the most delicious, wish he mad more of them here.
