One of the most popular and delicious cake in winter is bhapa cake. It is very tasty to eat. This cake is eaten in the morning or evening in winter. Many people make and sell it on the roadside stove. When you see the crowd eating this cake, you can understand how popular this cake is!

  • Rice Powder
  • Date Molasses
  • Coconut powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Cake bowl
  • A pan
  • A perforated lid.

  1. First you have to sift the rice powder. Then sprinkle a small amount of water on the rice powder and lightly rub it with salt. However, care must be taken that the rice powder does not become liquid.
  2. Now put water in the pot, put the perforated lid on the pot and put it in the oven, keep the oven on very low heat, if there is a hole between the lid and the pot, cover it with flour or soil.
  3. In a small bowl, take the spread rice powder and add the amount of date molasses and coconut powder in the middle. Then in the middle of the perforated lid, invert the bowl with the mixed rice husk.
  4. Then continue to heat for a while. Then you will see that the cake is ready.
