Cake or Pitha is a name associated with the culture of Bangladesh. Different types of cakes are made in every house of the Bengalis for different festivals or for the arrival of guests or for all the family members to eat. Cake is a traditional food of Bangladesh. Every family in Bangladesh has been carrying this tradition for ages. Just as winter cannot be imagined without winter fog, so the Bengali tradition cannot be imagined without cake. So with the onset of winter, every family in the rural or urban areas makes different types of cakes.

So since winter came, my mother has started making different types of cakes. Which I shared a few times in this community. However this cake is known as Pakan cake in our area. This is a very tasty cake. Today I will share with you how to make this cake. You can easily make it at home and taste it. So let's know how to make this cake.

Ingredients that are needed to make this cake

• Rice Powder
• Egg
• Sugar
• Salt
• Oil
• Cake making machine

How to make this cake

1. First break a few eggs with rice powder and mix with them. Then mix salt sugar and water like amount in this mixture. The mixture should be very liquid.
2. Then take more oil in a pan and heat the oil well for a while. The device is then dipped in a mixture of rice powder and placed in hot oil again.
3. After a while, remove the cake making machine from the hot oil. Make sure that the cake does not come up with the device. Then fry the cake well. If it is very brown in color, remove the cake from the hot oil.

This time the cake was made. Now it's your turn to serve. This is a really tasty cake. At least a cake very dear to me. So my mother made the cake and put it in the container so that I could eat it later. You can try at home. Hope you like this cake.
