πŸŽ‚πŸŽ‚ Marble Cake : A Retreat of Color and Patterns πŸŽ‚πŸŽ‚

Hello Foodies,

Today I am sharing here a recipe of marble cake. It looks amazing while making and even after being baked. It can be a special treat for children who loves the mosaic of colours and patterns.

I took 4 cups of self raising flour, sieved it along with 1/2 tsp of baking powder, 3/4 tsp of baking soda and a pinch of salt. Added 1.5 cups of sugar (adjust as per your taste). Take a lukewarm milk (2 cups) and add vinegar while mixing till it starts to curdle. Keep it aside for 5-10 minutes.

Mixed the dry ingredients with curdled milk and 1/4 cup of olive oil. Mixed well with a whisker. I also added cranberries to the mix.

Split the cake mix in 2 parts and added 1/2 cup of chocolate powder to one part.

Grease the cake tin and line it with baking paper.

Start pouring slowly the two types of cake mixes one after the another to make a pattern as shown in the picture.

Take a skewer and make a flowery pattern.

Bake the cake in a pre-heat oven (heated at 200 C) at about 150 C till the skewer or knife comes out clean out of it.

Once it’s cooked properly from inside, I cut it into halves horizontally and that’s how it looked.

The cake is undoubtful unique, but it does not look tasty in my honest opinion. Especially on the last two photos. Those are pushing me away, so I would rather stay away from the cake than eat it.

Okay, I am not a kid.

By the way, where are the other people with their opinions?
This post is currently 4 days old, have more than 300 upvotes, but only two real, human comments. Your and mine. The rest of the comments are bot comments.

And most of the posts are in similar position on the Hive blockchain.

The lack of real, human comments on this platform is really disappointing.

It's true that the last photo is not that inviting...the main reason is that it was not cut as it should...normally it is cut vertically, will look much more nicer.
Anyways!
Ohhh the comments, hahaha...I'm like begging people to comment nearly everyday...but looks like most are simply interested in getting rewards by making a post and wait for rewards rather than supporting each others post.
Looking at the trending makes one understand a lot...so many comments on the same generic posts every single day...
They just place comments on the whales posts surely to get that little vote...a shame!

From my side, i just ignore them and do what I like, that is create my original posts, read others post as much as i can, then put some genuine comments for encouragement.

Hope they come up with solutions in the next HF to address this issue...

Don’t get disappointed with these, look how happy i am right now...when I am reading and replying your comment.
So we do have some humans.

Ps. Also most will prefer spend all day on different discord channels chatting...instead of supporting people's original posts in reading and commenting.

Yes. This is what I mean, when I write the fact that people are selfish and greedy. And this is why most people are not successful. Only the rich. People should change their behavior, and everyone could be successful.
