La cocina de andar por casa Pasta con atún/Pasta with tuna
Hoy vamos a hacer una rica receta de pasta salteada con atun.
Tiempo de preparacion: Unos 20 minutos
Ingredientes:
- 1 hoja de laurel
- 300 g de pasta
- 12 aceitunas rellenas
- perejil picado
- aceite
- agua
- sal al gusto
- 200 g de atun en aceite de oliva
- 2 dientes de ajo
Preparación:
Hay que cocer la pasta con abundante agua y sal. Añadir una hoja de laurel y 2 cucharadas soperas de aceite. Cuando la pasta este al dente o a tu gusto refrescarla bien para parar la coccion.
Se calienta una sarten con un poco de aceite y los ajos picados.
Luego se saltea la pasta y se le añade el atun desmigado con las aceitunas fileteadas.
Ya estara listo para servir bien caliente. Un plato facil y energetico.

Heat a frying pan with a little oil and the minced garlic.
Then the pasta is sautéed and the flaked tuna with the filleted olives is added.
It will be ready to serve hot. An easy and energetic dish.
