Importance of Family

One of his rules was that everyone in the family would think about their work, but would not take any decision until the opinions of other family members were heard about that work. This rule had been in operation for the last three generations. Nobody ever complained to anyone. Everything was running smoothly. A relative in the family came and said - every man is free. Therefore, everyone's actions, behavior and thoughts are different. If someone does better, it is not necessary that the views of other people in the family are heard. Talent and competence should not be frustrated in the name of family harmony.
What was it! The most talented and educated young man of that family gradually stopped listening to the views of others of the family. The family, which had been in mutual complementary for three generations, deteriorated into a provocation. The provoking relative was jealous of the complementary of the family, which he did not understand as a young member who was talented and capable, but weak in understanding and thinking.
