Our world is full of different words and sounds. There are infinite types of creatures on earth, so there is a lot of words and abusive words too. It is not possible to speak meaningfully all the time. Many of our actions and words are spoken throughout the day have no purpose, so what is most valuable is from the heart. The words of the mind are tested on the test of logic, but the words of the heart reveal our inner being. It is also a strange coincidence that many species of animals are being reduced or destroyed and the number of humans is increasing. In this world of ours, there is not only the noise of actions, the noise of thoughts is also gaining momentum. We are afflicted from both the outside and the inside.

One effective remedy for this clamor is a journey within yourself. We travel all over the world to forget our mind, spend time at hill stations, toss balls of snow on each other on snowy mountains. Considering their pleasure as pleasure, they keep comforting themselves. But in reality, we remain ignorant of our own minds. We do not know that there is also a peaceful world of deep samadhi within us, where our soul's thirst can be quenched.

As soon as we close the door to the external senses, we realize our hidden powers. Just as when the earth is dug deep, water comes out of it, in the same way, it is possible to see the bliss within. Indian sages have prayed for this peace. This land is the inner science.
