Amazing Nature
I've been collecting photos lately, taking photos of everything that nature can offer. Flowers fade away but photos can't, so that's my way of capturing the moment for later. Thanks to technology in the digital era, we now have the possibility to remember everything through photos.
If it comes to pine, this type is my favorite. We call it silver pine but that may not be the correct name for it. Sold as Christmas tree is very expensive but still the best.
This is the wild onion flower, which I planted two years ago and flowering ever since. It's just a decorative plant, not onion, but it looks great. The interesting thing about this is that the first year I planted the bulbs, I got nothing. I thought all is lost and gave up. The second year the flowers appeared, so this makes me think the bulbs needed some time, although what's happened is not usual.
There are many types of pansies, one of which is one with small and colorful flowers. Actually this is more cuter than the other ones. I'm still waiting on my black pansy to flower. It's growing nicely but needs more time, a month or two to flower. I'll be back with photos to show you the black, velvet-like petals. It's not going to be black, that's just marketing strategy, but a deep dark claret or blue.
Running petunia is regular on my balcony but last year I got some fake ones. At the farmers market I was told there are running petunias and there were not. They say what you want to hear and you can never trust them. These are not mine, actually it's the neighbor's but it's lovely.
Tulips are always lovely, too bad they last only a few days. If it's hot, they last even less. These are kept outside and uncut.
Last but not least, a rainbow!!!! Catching a rainbow on camera is the hardest thing. The last one I saw was 3 years ago maybe, so this was a big surprise.

Beautiful photographs, you have captured a great variety of flowers. My favourite part is the rainbow, nice shot!
