How much mental problems are involved with age?

I have known from a very young age that as people get older, their mood becomes irritable. With age comes mental stress due to various work pressures or domestic troubles. At one time that seemed ridiculous. But it is true that as people get older, they start to have mental problems.

Sometimes I notice in my own case, I suffer from mental problems with little things. When a thing or a deed is not in my mind, I suddenly feel bad. I get very angry even when someone says something I don't like. Even then I can't concentrate on any work. I noticed in my own case, my mental problems were changing day by day.

A lot of times my mood suddenly changes. That is, to do something outside of what I normally do, I think, is a sign of mental problems. For example, if you suddenly become overjoyed, cry excessively or get very angry, that is, something that is not seen in a person's behavior in normal time, then you have to understand that you is suffering from mental problems.

There are some age-related psychological problems. For example, when a child becomes distant from all his family members, the fear of losing loved ones leads to emotional problems. The next step in a child's life may be his fear of school. Even then the child behaves differently or is often silent, not wanting to mix with anyone.

Again, adolescent children are very emotional. As a result, they go through a kind of complex situation. During this time many adolescents of this age make a variety of mistakes. Then the parents scolded them without correcting the mistake. Then a lot of their mental problems change. Even many adolescents are involved in serious acts, such as suicide.

The responsibility of the family suddenly falls on many young and middle-aged people. Many become depressed because they are not self-sufficient. Many cannot bear the grief of losing their guardian or feel helpless. At this time the support of the family, especially the husband and wife is most needed. In addition, many physical problems occur at this time. Such as diabetes, blood pressure, most of these diseases start at this age. This is why many people have mental problems.

In fact, it is seen that different mental problems occur at different ages. In fact, none of us are free from mental problems. Every creature called man in this world suffers from some mental problem. Someone's mental problems are a little more in the way of life, and someone's a little less. That's the only difference!

I found this thought provoking and I believe you've touched on something we rarely consider. As we age we are also more aware of the fact that those around us may be judging us on what we do. We no longer have the excitement and wonderment that a child does, with everything being so new and exciting, so days become repetitive, with no sight of change to take our minds elsewhere.

I think you have nailed it here - with work pressures, the sickness and illness of family members, money troubles, responsibilities for family etc - we are bound to get more grumpy! And then if you throw menopause and mid life crisis in the mix - ouch! Beware!
