Esta semana escogí para participar la segunda pregunta:

2️⃣ ¿Cuáles son tus formas favoritas de ser creativo?

Para comenzar tendríamos que definir o tener claridad que es la creatividad.

Para mi la creatividad se puede manifestar de diferentes maneras:

a) la facilidad de tener ideas nuevas e interesantes

b) la creación de obras de cualquier índole, ya sean artísticas, literarias, de cocina,de diseño, artes manuales, etc.

c) la creatividad está asociada a la imaginación

d) La facilidad para resolver cualquier tipo de problemas

e) La facilidad para descubrir nuevas realidades y emitir respuestas inesperadas

f) La capacidad de adaptación a diferentes condiciones

Por lo todo lo nombrado anteriormente podría decir que la creatividad, en general, es un proceso donde se gestan con la motivación, la imaginación, la experiencia y la habilidad, de la persona,nuevas ideas o nuevas asociaciones de ideas para dar a luz algo nuevo y útil.

Pienso que todas las personas son creativas, pero esta creatividad puede ser impulsada o bloqueada.

También existen diferentes estilos de creatividad.

En mi caso depende de lo que quiera realizar. A continuación les doy varios ejemplos:

a) Si quiero hacer algún relato literario me inspiro en mis vivencias; pero también leo y me documento sobre el tema que voy a desarrollar.

Inclusive incluyo fotos que transmitan lo que relato o fotos que lo asocien con los relatos, Esto ayuda a la imaginación a las personas visuales.

b) Para la cocina reviso en las redes platos que contengan el ingrediente principal de la comida que quiero realizar. Posteriormente, luego de leer unas cuantas recetas, me imagino haciendo la mía diferente a las que leí o intento mejorar alguna.

Virtualmente huelo y saboreo en mi imaginación el platillo antes de prepararlo. También pienso en lo que les gustaría a las personas con las cuales compartiré mi comida. Ellos también son fuente de inspiración.

c) Para resolver cualquier eventualidad me planteo el problema, hago una lluvia de ideas con posibles soluciones. Las repaso y detallo los pro y los contra de cada una de las soluciones. Si tengo dudas, en cual es lo que mejor me conviene, me comunico con personas muy allegadas para solicitar su opinión. Y luego decido que hago.

d) Para realizar alguna actividad artística como collage. Escojo una foto base y luego la voy transformando según lo que yo quiera transmitir con ese collage.

e) Para cualquier actividad creativa empleo música; esta música va a depender del propósito que quiera conseguir. Puedo usar música especialmente para la creatividad, mantras, música clásica, etc.

Asimismo veo diferentes fotos, vídeos relacionados con naturaleza y vídeos de animales que me gusten.

La música adecuada hace un cambio en las emociones y dispone a la persona para incrementar la creatividad más fácilmente.

2️⃣ What are your favorite ways to be creative?

To begin with we would have to define or be clear about what creativity is.

For me, creativity can manifest itself in different ways:

a) the facility to have new and interesting ideas.

b) the creation of works of any kind, whether they are artistic, literary, cooking, design, manual arts, etc.

c) creativity is associated with imagination

d) The facility to solve any kind of problems.

e) The facility to discover new realities and give unexpected answers.

f) The ability to adapt to different conditions

For all the above mentioned I could say that creativity, in general, is a process where the motivation, imagination, experience and ability of the person, new ideas or new associations of ideas are gestated to give birth to something new and useful.

I think that all people are creative, but this creativity can be stimulated or blocked.

There are also different styles of creativity.

In my case it depends on what I want to realize. Here are some examples:

a) If I want to write a literary story, I am inspired by my experiences; but I also read and document myself about the topic I am going to develop.

I even include photos that transmit what I am telling or photos that associate it with the stories. This helps the imagination of visual people.

b) For cooking, I check on the networks for dishes that contain the main ingredient of the meal I want to make. Subsequently, after reading a few recipes, I imagine making my own different from the ones I read or try to improve some.

I virtually smell and taste the dish in my imagination before preparing it. I also think about what the people with whom I will share my food would like. They are also a source of inspiration.

c) To solve any eventuality I think about the problem, brainstorm possible solutions. I go through them and detail the pros and cons of each of the solutions. If I have doubts about what is best for me, I contact people very close to me to ask for their opinion. And then I decide what to do.

d) To make an artistic activity such as collage. I choose a base photo and then I transform it according to what I want to transmit with that collage.

e) For any creative activity I use music; this music will depend on the purpose I want to achieve. I can use music especially for creativity, mantras, classical music, etc.

I also watch different pictures, videos related to nature and videos of animals that I like.

The right music makes a change in the emotions and disposes the person to increase creativity more easily.
