I think the vast majority of people are going through difficult times, some still cannot move from home, others are alone away from family, whatever the case, we are not going through Well, anxiety and tension builds, one way to calm tension is by connecting with nature
You have been thinking that while you wait for everything to return to normal time passes, the days go by quickly, without realizing it, we have reached a year living with this condition, I think it's time to do something different, think differently
It is possible that because of your situation you cannot get out, you are trapped between four you seem, but let me tell you, that only the body is trapped, the mind is free and I can travel wherever I want, connect to the web and you will see the beautiful places you can visit, get closer to nature, you will see how that tension decreases, the freedom of thought depends on you
Nature at all times is struggling to exist and remain, she is a true example of overcoming; If we just watched her more, we would learn a lot from her; Her willpower is truly admirable, do like her, get out of your confinement, physically or mentally

Connect with nature, appreciate how much it gives you daily, caress its flowers, perceive its aromas, they perfume the soul, if you are locked up, harmonize your environment, spray floral perfumes, invade your home with smells of nature, and you will see how the connection is made
Walk or think of beautiful trails full of nature, take off your shoes and put your feet on the ground, slowly the connection will be made; What matters is the attitude, enjoy every day, enjoy what you do every day, if you don't enjoy it, don't do it anymore; Remember that you desire for your life, do not do anything that does not make you happy; Life is only one, and how you live it is your choice.

Crazy to think that is approaching a year of life like this. Surrounding yourself with nature is ways a good thing, but I think now more than ever, we as humans need it.

Some of those images look familiar @jlufer . I spent several years on the Atlantic coast of South Georgia USA. St Simon's Island has many large live oaks that shade the paths and roads, but there are also palm trees interspersed.
I have my OWN patch of woods I will be enjoying once it warms up, and I have gotten things here around the house and Studio set up and fixed.
