I was lucky enough to be born into a family that loves nature, since I was a child I was taught to love it, take care of it and respect it; I lived in a small house in the middle of a forest, where I could perceive the sounds and aromas of natural life; My love for nature grew over time, those that I shared with my wife and children

Influence in my children the love for natural life, on vacation days we used to live outdoors; We had two tents that we used only to sleep; Of all the vacations we spent as a family, the one I liked the most was when we visited the mountains

Today more than ever visiting the mountains has many benefits for the ¨organism¨ and ¨mental¨ health. We know that walking upwards makes a great effort, this activity puts many of our organs to work
