Hello ¨passionate¨ of nature and ¨followers¨ of this wonderful ¨Amazing NatureCommunity ¨:   Happy to be here with people who have the same tastes as me. ¨Thankful¨ for the invitation that our friend @bucipuci makes us every week

I really like to accompany him in his contests because I have a lot of fun trying to comply with the theme of the week; It also gives me the opportunity to spend time with nature.

To meet the requirements of the ¨Thematic Challenge¨:   weekly I had to move to a large property near our house; When it comes to meeting a challenge of nature, this place is ideal. This property has more than five hectares of nature and houses many trees and different species of plants; Without a doubt here he would find what he needed. ¨Pantas¨ ¨parasites¨! This is not a "derogatory" name but rather associated with a "scientific" name:

I have known these types of plants since I was a child, the first time I saw them I was very surprised. Once we visited the "house" of some "uncles" who had many "trees", it was there that I saw them, they were very striking and had "flowers" of beautiful "colors"; I always wondered how my ¨uncles¨ did to place those plants there. Over the years I knew it was a ¨work¨ of ¨nature¨

Nature is incredible, it does beautiful things that are worthy of admiration, it is incredible the power of adaptation and coexistence that among plants, people should learn a little from them.

Here we know them as ¨clavel¨ ¨del¨ ¨aire¨. Her "scientific name" is "Tillandsia" "Aeranthos":   ; They are typical of this part of the world, they love to live in the ¨trunks¨ and ¨branches¨ of the ¨trees¨, so I could ¨observe¨ it ¨adapts¨ to any ¨surface¨, you can see how it is taken from a ¨Tissue¨. It is very common to use it as ¨ornamentation¨ plants. We are descendants of an indigenous community, they used them to treat many ailments; That is why I mentioned that they are misnamed "parasites", the "parasites" do not fulfill any "function", instead they have "powers" "curative". The "nature" is "incredible"

Thank you for entering the competition.
What we humans call "parasitism" can be (and often is) the perfect coexistence and cooperation of plants.

Air plants, Staghorn ferns and Orchids in trees here in our garden, I have never heard being referred to as parasitic plants, so this is interesting to learn from your region @jlufer
