Early morning sunlight peeking in to warm the earth is always charming, lovely to hear the birds wake with song.
Living in a hot climate by nine in the morning you start to find shade or remain indoors. The sun has most definitely hotter than I remember when we played outdoors all day long.

It is true what you say, there is no greater pleasure than to be awake by the sunlight and the song of the birds.
the climate is more intense and extreme, nothing comparable to when we were children.
