Figs || An easily available and nutritious fruit .......

When we look around the road, we can see different types of fig trees. Lots of figs can be seen on the trees. As a child, I used to eat a lot of this fig mixed with chilli powder and salt. Many ignore it. But it has a lot of nutritional value. A few days ago I took pictures of fig trees and figs from the side of the road.

This fruit is mentioned in the scriptures of different religions. The holy book of Muslims, Al-Quran, mentions the fruit of this fig.It is a soft and sweet fruit. The coating part of the fruit is very thin and contains many small seeds inside. It can be eaten both dry and ripe. It is very tasty and full of nutritional value. Of course, eating raw figs tastes a little different.

The leaves of the fig tree are fed to cure the cold of cattle. Moreover, figs are eaten as an herbal medicine for many human diseases.I have seen from my childhood that some people are eating fig leaves, raw and ripe fruits, extracts, bark, roots etc. effectively for various diseases.

As a child, I used to see many older people suffering from constipation. They suggested eating figs or eating them themselves. Moreover, figs are very popular as a herbal medicine for various diseases. Although it grows along the road. That is why it is neglected by us.

At one time many people in our area used to eat figs. Older people in particular. But it contains a lot of vitamins, calcium, potassium, sodium and various other elements. Regular and moderate consumption of figs maintains the sodium-potassium balance in our body. As a result, the risk of high blood pressure is less.Moreover, calcium has a great ability to strengthen bones and prevent erosion. And figs are a reliable source of plenty of calcium.

So everyone should eat this fruit without neglecting it. We all know that there are no side effects of herbal medicines or fruits but the medicines we take for various diseases have side effects.
