A Chinese outfit I made for my client to wear to a wedding yesterday @smilestitches😊 putting smiles on your face with our mind blowing creativities.
Hello guys, I greet you all once again it’s your favorite boy @smilestitches back on your screen. hope you all are doing perfectly well, am actually glad to share my creativity once again with you all it’s actually a pleasure to be here once again with you all.
So friends there’s this outfit I just finished working on so I thought of sharing with you all, it’s actually very simple and lovely you’ll like it trust me😊😊.
So this how the outfit will be looking so friends ride along with me, this outfit looks like a Chinese fighting outfit 😂.
Items used:
Ankara fabric
A black plain fabric
Tissue gum
Matching thread
### My sewing processes:
First step :
I lay the Ankara fabric first on the table and I chalk to skate out my client’s measurement on the fabric and I cut it out I did same to rest part of the cloth like the both sleeves and the back view after all the cutting I move to designing the front.
### Second step:
After I finished cutting all the parts of the cloth I took out the already cut front view, I lay it on the table wildly open and I measure from the upper part of the neck 15inches and I mark a chalk where it stoped that how deep I wanted the front to be cause the more it’s deep that’s the more the beauty comes out so after measuring that I then folded it into two and I measured 1inches to get 2inches when I open it wild cause I needed the front to be 2inches too so after I had measure 1inches where the 15inches stoped I then draw my chalk on a slanting form to the neck part and after that I then cut accordingly the way I drew the chalk and this how it looked when I was done with the first step in achieving the front.
### Third step:
After I was done with the cutting of the neck I then took the black fabric and I cut it size of 1.5inches and I cut the Ankara fabric too but I cut it 1inches and I used the Ankara fabric to turn the black one so I will get 2inches in all and remember the neck measurement I cut was 2inches so the black I’ll be using to turn the neck will also be 2inches so everything will fit in when am done.
### Fourth step:
After I had finish preparing the black for the neck turning I then, join the back view to the front and I sewed the black to the front following my cutting pattern of the front. After that I was partly done with the outfit.
### Fifth step:
I trimmed the shoulder and joined the both sleeves and I joined the body size with the measurement of my client and I cut the black again size was 1.5inches and length was 40inches and I sewed it out inform of a belt and I divided it into two and I got 20inches each now I took the both of them and I added it to the left side when I was joining the body one side of the black was to cross from the back to the right side of front and the other one was to follow the front and cross to the right side too so now the both belt are to meet at the right side of the front to perfect the Chinese fighting outfit. Now the cloth was ready.
