It's another Season in the @Splinterlands world as I hang on for dear LIFE as I duke it out with some of our favorite monsters...

Here we see some of my Loot Chest openings as well as some extras. I am determined & focused on the battlefield, despite my cat Timmy trying to distract me....

Thank you so much, my dear friend! Yes, I was completely shocked but very happy (not that you couldn't tell from the video lol). :) I am finally getting a modest Gold card collection going so it's pretty cool!

Aw thank you. I will get to Silver again eventually. Unfortunately, the time constraint doesn't help and it doesn't look like it will be changing anytime soon. BUT I will keep battling & persevering as I always do hehe.

My favorite thing in splinerlands are DEC. I Farm DEC for rent cards so i can win in stronger leagues. Without DEC i dont play game...Also i love community in splinterlands so that is 2 favorite things ;)

Oh yeah DEC is an integral part of Splinterlands (just like the cards), for sure. All of these elements really are connected & makes the game that much better as a whole. :)

Hey, Jenn. My favorite thing about Splinterlands is the ability to play to earn. I love playing games and what could make it better than winning crypto to do it? Please include me (@moonthumb) in your next giveaway.

I know you are just getting back into the game and I have a couple of things you might want to make note of going forward:

  1. To qualify for your quest, you must use a summoner of the splinter that matches your quest (unless it is a Neutral, Snipe, or Sneek quest). For instance, for a Life Quest, you must use a Life Summoner.
  2. To get the most benefit from Hello Kitty, you probably want to put a card with a lot of health in your first position. You want them to survive the first round so that Hello Kitty can heal them.
  3. Crappy manna is not bad. It just requires a different set of cards. Next time you get manna of 12 or 13, play Death splinter with Zintar Mortalis (summoner) plus Haunted Spirit, Funky Chicken, and Twister Jester. With low manna, healing is a big plus because your opponent is probably using cards with low attack.
    I hope these tips I have learned help you out.

Hey there! Great to see you here...

First of all, thank you very much for the pointers. I always can use extra tips to level up my game a bit. Some things I am learning from trial & error but having info like you mentioned definitely helps. I actually did know about #1 you listed. It was just my BRAIN FART I had in this video....somehow, I was just so determined to pack a powerful punch in that battle that I overlooked, um, yeah that wasn't the right Splinter! LOL 🤣 🤣

I will be honest, though - some of my play is for comic relief as well...I am not usually THIS bad (although I certainly have had my moments lol)...I just enjoy making you guys laugh & hopefully also bring a little peace of mind to the SL players that really are struggling. There is ALWAYS someone worse off lol...

With that being said, I appreciate all that you do & your constant support! It is much appreciated! Good look on your awesome giveaways as well! :)

That's an amazing idea. Maybe sometime we can do something like that...unfortunately, time is a big factor for me since I am not on HIVE much. But I am sure something will come to fruition eventually :)

You are so right - it IS addictive, even when I lose 20 million battles straight hahahah....it just makes me more determined to WIN (as you may have noticed in the video). I don't tend to play like the "normal" player - I just do my thing & keep going. Maybe it's my Gemini personality lol....

I don't really like using the harvester card that much. In the end, I default to Flesh Golem or Unicorn Mustang for earth.

I like the strategy aspect of Splinterlands. There are just so many setups and each one is better for different situations.

Great answer! You are right - there is never a dull moment on Splinterlands. When one thinks they have figured the basics out, things change. That has its pros & cons lol....

The Harvester is okay for me at times, but yes, I don't use it a whole lot to be honest. I was super excited about getting a gold one, though, to add to the collection! :) The Unicorn is awesome (when you're the one using it - not when your opponent is lol)
