Last year with the topic of covid 19, and the measures they took in my country, as was the topic "Quarantine" you had to distract yourself, but from home, so I looked for a platform with which I could clear my mind, or have leisure time, it was "netflix". I saw that the actor Zac Efron had a series, or documentary called: "down to earth". In a nutshell, it's him traveling the world exploring healthy and sustainable ways of living hand in hand with wellness specialist Darin Olien. I watched every episode, but one in particular really caught my attention and that was the episode, when Zac set off for Italy, Sardinia specifically. I saw the landscapes, and I was captivated, the food, among other things, but I will emphasize what I will tell you now, that it is to highlight, and show off this island. Sardinia is one of the islands where the number of centenarian inhabitants is one of the highest in the world, and here Zac talked and reflected on the food they have, apart from the quality of life that make the locals get to make longevity. After watching that series, I searched for information about this island, and I was amazed with what I saw, divine landscapes, and beaches that looked like a swimming pool.

Y visitar sus famosas playas que se encuentran en la costa Esmeralda, al noreste. la bahía de Capriccioli, Cala di Volpe y spiaggia (playa) del Príncipe. Donde sus aguas son cristalinas. Que muchos dicen que son rincones paradisíacos.

Para que tenga una idea, Cerdeña es 7 veces más grande que Mallorca. Así que posiblemente se necesite alquilar un vehículo, o pagar un resort, para conocer gran parte de la Isla. Cagliari que es su capital se ve muy bonita. Como se ve en la foto al principio, es muy colorido. Y con casa y edificios con aspectos un poco viejos, característicos en muchas partes de Italia.

Lugares tan increíbles,y que tiene tantos años, sin duda alguna sería un viaje al pasado, y eso es emocionante, creo que sería perfecto hacerlo de la mano de un guía turístico, porque seguro hay cosas que nos dejaran sin palabras, esculturas, o piedras que seguramente dataran de los años antes de Cristo.

Muchos de los pueblos de regiones de Italia parecen sacados de un cuento de hadas. Y en caso de Cerdeña cuenta con lugares únicos, y sin duda alguna de poder ir me encantaría visitar muchos de ellos, como mencioné principalmente a su capital Clagiari.

Y a parte de Clagiari me gustaría visitar otra ciudad llamada Alghero. Esta ciudad está situada al norte de la isla y es un lugar que sin duda alguna no me perdería de visitar. Se trata de la ciudad más poblada, en la ciudad se encuentra uno de los aeropuertos principales.

El casco histórico de la ciudad es precioso y las fachadas de las casas junto al puerto, pintadas de colores vivos, convierten las vistas en una instantánea perfecta. Y tampoco podemos olvidar las murallas y las calles estrechas..

Aparte de su comida, pueblos mágicos, Cerdeña cuenta con paisajes, y con parques naturales que serían un plus de llegar a visitar esta isla, ya que me gusta mucho tener contacto con la naturaleza. Uno lugar en específico sería el parque El parque nacional del Archipiélago di la Maddalena. Está formado por siete islas y varios islotes frente a la costa noreste. Playa y naturaleza quien no quisiera eso junto.

Apart from its food, magical villages, Sardinia has landscapes, and natural parks that would be a plus to visit this island, as I really like to have contact with nature.
