SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge! MUSHROOM SEER

Hello guys,

Today I am going to share with you another battle in which I used MUSHROOM SEER , to enter the Weekly Challenge - SHARE YOUR BATTLE.

Here's my battle in @splinterlands

A Brief Info About The Match:

This battle had a mediocre mana cap(30) and rules: Earthquake and Broken arrows. I played with earth splinter and my opponent used water splinter against me.

I had my SCARRED LLAMA MAGE level 1, FLESH GOLEM level 3, MUSHROOM SEER level 1, OAKEN BEHEMOTH level 1 and FURIOUS CHICKEN level 2.

And my opponent had his/her cards as ALRIC STORMBRINGER level 1, THE KRAKEN level 1, SPIRIT MINER level 1, SEA GENIE level 1, CRUSTACEAN KING level 1 and FURIOUS CHICKEN level 1.

Let me talk about monsters that I used in this battle.

~I chose the summoner SCARRED LLAMA MAGE. level 1

I bought this card just recently and now it is already my favorite earth summoner for battles with good mana cap. This card adds +2 health to my monsters, cleanse debuffs from my monster in first position and most importantly grants Last stand ability to all my monsters. As you will see in this battle Last stand is quite insane combination with some already strong monsters. This card needs 7 mana. Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.

~FLESH GOLEM. level 3

This monster has low melee attack(2), decent speed(3), great health(10). Just today I upgraded this monster to level 3. At this level this monster gets Heal ability. That makes it an awesome tank. This card needs 6 mana. Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.

~MUSHROOM SEER. level 1

This monster has good magic power(2) very low speed(1), low health(3), Silence ability that lowers opponent's magic power. This card needs 5 mana. Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.

~OAKEN BEHEMOTH. level 1

One of my favorite earth monsters. Especially now when I can combine it with Last stand ability and boost already great stats. Magic attack(2), melee attack(2), good speed(3), armor(2) and great health(9). This monster can attack from second position due to Reach ability. It also has a bit of magic resistance due to Void armor ability. This card needs 12 mana. Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.

~FURIOUS CHICKEN. level 2

This monster has very low speed(1) and very low health(1). But it doesn't need any mana. I picked this card because I wanted to give my OAKEN BEHEMOTH a bit of protection from sneak attacks. Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.

On the battlefield.

In this battle my opponent had a very good combination( strong tank+ healer+ high magic attacks). Another thing I had to worry about was the Earthquake rule. Normally when I play battles with this rule I choose dragon summoner BRIGHTON BLOOM so that all my monsters would get flying ability and would not take any damage from the battle condition. This time I wanted to play differently. After seeing my opponent's team for a moment I regreted this decision. But I still had my super weapon so I still believed in my team.

At this point things looked quite bad. Both teams were still strong but I was already suffering some damage from battle rule while my opponent had a flying monster and healed tank. At least my MUSHROOM SEER lowered opponent's magic power...

In the beginning of round 3 my situation was even worse. I lost my tank, my opponent still had his team that was barely scratched and was about to regain full magic attacks by destroying my MUSHROOM SEER. Surely at this point I had no hope? Wrong. I still had an ace up my sleeve...

This is my triumph card... LEGENDARY SUPER SAIYAN OAKEN BEHEMOTH. Last stand ability turned my OAKEN BEHEMOTH into a completely different beast. With this power boost I believed that I might still win even after my opponent regained full magic powers.

In the beginning of round 5 I knew that I won this battle after all. My SUPER OAKEN BEHEMOTH had much higher speed and my opponent's SEA GENIE could not avoid my final attack.

By playing this match, I won +7.611 Dec and +20 League Rating.

This battle was much harder than I expected because it seemed that I was fighting against both my opponent's strong team and battle condition at the same time.But in the end my strategy worked well-I did enough damage and with Last stand boost my OAKEN BEHEMOTH was able to rampage his way to victory. But I only won by a hair and I would have failed if my MUSHROOM SEER had not lowered my opponent's magic attacks. So I am glad that I picked MUSHROOM SEER as part of my team.
